સ્પર્શમાં એના, લાગણીઓની ઉણપ છે,

રડવું છે મારે, પણ આસુંઓની ઓછપ છે,
કહેવું છે ઘણું, પણ શબ્દોની ખોટ છે,

ચાલવું છે સાથે, પણ રસ્તાઓ અલગ છે,
મળવું હતું એને, પણ મજબુરીઓ ઘણી છે,

લખવું છે ઘણું, પણ શાહીની ખોટ છે,
પ્રેમની વાતો માં, યાદોની જ કમી છે.
